Strategic Insight may terminate your right to use our website at any time without notice and will so terminate your right to use our website if it becomes aware that you are a repeat copyright infringer. If Vendor terminates a paid-for subscription Agreement, Vendor will refund within 30 days a pro-rata portion of the license fee corresponding to the unexpired term of User's subscription.

continued use of this website after such modifications and amendments
are posted on this website constitutes your Agreement to such
